What a day it has been. :)
My phone alarmed at 8:45am but I was still a sleepy pooch by then(I slept around 2am, I got hooked up by the book I am reading) so I got up by 9:30am. I had to because I'll have to do my medical exam together with my aunt. They were supposed to pick me up at 10am but my Ninong had to borrow our car because his is coding. He arrived pass 11am and had the car rested then we drove off to Ortigas by quarter to 12nn. We had change of plans since were going to St. Luke's Hospital to visit my Lola Luming. We decided to have my med exam and buying of my lolo's new sandal's at Shangrila.
I left them(Tita Malou, Lolo and Lola Osie) at Crossing's to look for lolo's shoes then I walked off to Healthway. I had my CBC and Xray. I was texting Neil while waiting for my turn for CBC. I was telling him that I was a little nervous about getting my blood. Hahaha. He was telling me that I am too old to be nervous(yeah yeah nursing ka kasi loko). Then after that I had my Xray. Left after then met up with my folks somewhere at the 4th floor. We had merienda at Max's but while we were going there, my lolo and Lola Osie were so funny. They we're teasing each other "O, akayin mo lolo mo", then my lolo would tease back, "Akayin mo rin siya". Hay nako mga magkakapatid nag-aasaran pa. Haha :)
After I had my merienda I went back to Healthway to get my CBC results. My Xray will be released 2-3days after so my mom will be the one who will get it. Upon leaving, we saw Uma Khouny outside Starbucks. Super nahiya ako sa aunt ko because when I told her about Uma she stopped walking then watched him speed away. She was at the middle! So I hurriedly stepped outside the mall and wait for them to go out. Phew.
While we were waiting for Kuya Richard to pick us up at the front door, we saw Manay Gina de Venecia(close?!). The moment I saw her car knew there was a known person who will go out on that car. And I was right. Her size is just like my mom, just a little taller. She's just looked so normal.
After Shang, we drove off to St. Luke's. I must say there's quiet a sad atmosphere at Lola Luming's room. She was in pain when we arrived. Tito Francis told us that she doensn't eat that much and there's a food supplement that is attached on her veins together with the dextrose. I was quite bothered and moved by her situation. Lola Osie brought with her 2 packs of Campbell soup which to be cook in hot water. Since their nurses there aren't that fast in attending the patient's needs, I went down at the hospital's cafeteria to get hot water and a cup. When I came back, she at last ate something. She had mocha mamon which we bought. Then when she saw me, she said "Sige na nga, magssoup ako dahil kay Carisse". I felt glad because I did something which would make lola's health be better.
Then after few sipping of the soup I made, she said "Thanks, Carisse. You're very thoughtful."
I was touched at the same time happier by what she said. It really made my day and siyempre super sarap mapakinggan yun di ba?
Then after that there were quiet encouraging me to have nursing as my course. I just told them, "Yung sarili ko nga pong dugo kinakatakutan ko, paano pa kaya yung sa ibang tao". Haha.
Stayed there for few hours. After few years, nag-usap kami ulit ng bud-slash-tita na si Pop. She's just a year older to me kaya parang pinsan lang turingan namin. We talked about some stuff about college and gave me few advices.
We left at 8am. Pop and I exchanged numbers and I agreed to have a get together during our free time sa pasukan. It's so cool. Dati lang we only meet when there is family gathering. Now, talagang kami nalang. I feeling much liberation or I must say, freedom these days. I feel like an adult already and I manage things on own, little by little.
After St. Luke's, we went to The Podium and had dinner at Lasa! Manila to pick up my sister since her building is front of that. Hay nako, I would never ever ever ever ever go back to that restaurant again! I feel like my world is spinning in a speed of a turtle! Grabe and babagal ng servers nila and yung food isn't that fulfilling pa.
Then we wen't home. Badtrip ang liit ng pantog ko. At the middle of the trip, bigla akong naihi and to make the scenario worse, TRAFFIC SA SLEX!!! kamusta naman yun?!
Well finally I am home. :D

ps: I am starting to hate Wendy. Sana ma-evict na siya. She's being too jugemental with her housemates.

Having mom around the house on a weekday makes me feel that it's weekend. She had to leave from work because she had an acid attack last night and she didn't have enough sleep.
